In consideration of other clients and our team, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance. All services must be reserved with a credit card. This applies to services booked online as well as those booked on phone or in person. We reserve the right to charge fifty percent of the first missed or late canceled service(s). After this, additional missed or late canceled service(s) will result in a charge of the full amount of the missed or late canceled service(s). 

We explain this policy verbally to our clients when booking over the phone as well as electronically in our appointment confirmation emails. For clients booking online, our booking software requires a credit card to reserve an appointment and explains our policy in writing.
