Cancellation & Late Policy
As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we observe a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Appointments may be cancelled and rescheduled on the Booker App without penalty if done so more than 24 hours before the appointment time. Should the need to reschedule or cancel arise outside of business hours, please don’t hesitate to leave us a message at 504.509.6470 or email us at email@example.com. All services must be secured by putting a credit card on file. This applies to services booked online as well as those booked over the phone and in person. We charge fifty percent for the first late cancelled or late rescheduled appointment(s). We charge the full cost of any additional late cancelled or late rescheduled appointment(s)s. We charge the full rate plus a 20% gratuity for no shows.
Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled services, to avoid an inconvenience to our other clients.
